If Covid has taught us anything, it’s the way our lives outside the office showed up in different ways through a screen. We saw pets, children, partners, blurred bedrooms and makeshift offices. This provided us an opportunity to re-envision what it means to center culture and belonging. This session will explore specific strategies companies can take to center culture for their employees, clients and stakeholders in a remote first company. How do we create a new kind of business culture where previous geographic constraints are alleviated to allow new kinds of partnerships?
