As a global executive, Rhonda brings a record of success and expertise focused on creating, transforming and redefining capabilities for companies operating at all levels of business.  She has held C-level positions in private and public companies both domestic and international.

Most recent, Rhonda assisted EBW Worldwide as President and consulting adviser. Rhonda is the founder and CEO of Genexis llc, which provides executive advisory, transformation and or CXX services to small and mid-market companies.

In 2021, EBW was named the 28th fastest growing private company in by Inc 5000. It was rewarding to watch the business grow so quickly during a time of such uncertainty. It felt amazing to be able to build a team and deliver product that assisted people in need during the COVID-19 lockdown. She is still engaged as a key advisor.

Prior to EBW, Rhonda was the Chief Operating Office of Asure Software (Nasdaq: ASUR), where she brought in record breaking revenue in 2019, led large integration and transformation programs within the human capital management business and by divesting non-core assets.
Previously, Rhonda held executive roles within Hewlett Packard where she spent a decade and BrandMuscle where she transformed then scaled a finance technology business unit focused on channel marketing and incentives management.

She has held a board seat at Bizworld.org, was the Austin Managing Director of Upward Women and continues to mentor startup CEO’s. She is a certified facilitator and has traveled the globe executing leadership development conferences.

Rhonda is from the Mid-West originally and currently resides in Austin, Texas with her family and in her spare time enjoys global travel, music and gardening.
