Sylvia Krzmarzick, Digital Turbine’s Chief People Officer (Human Resources), brings 20 years of HR experience to the company. Sylvia believes in a people-first strategy, and leads with passion, humor, and a focus on results that improve all aspects of employee experience, culture and values. She has helped apply a ‘people lens’ to the company as it experienced explosive growth, and believes in the inherent opportunity it provides the Digital Turbine community. Prior to joining the company, Sylvia was in a variety of leadership roles at National Instruments, NASA Johnson Space Center, and Whole Foods, where she led efforts that included transformation of HR practices, organizational development, organizational design, and change management that affected thousands of employees.
